Last updated: 2026. These terms govern charters booked with Breezy Tiki Charters.

Bookings & payment

Reservations are confirmed through our booking partner. Rates are per charter (the whole boat) for up to 20 guests. Full terms, deposits and payment details are presented at checkout.

BYOB & conduct

All charters are BYOB for guests 21 and older. Guests are responsible for their conduct; the captain has full authority over safety and may end a charter for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Cancellations & weather

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are shown during booking. In the event of unsafe weather, the captain may reschedule your charter for the safety of all aboard.

Safety

Our pontoon is Coast Guard-approved and operated by licensed captains. Guests must follow all crew instructions. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult.
